Why did Pacific Crest Savings Bank upgrade its systems?

Upgrading to a more powerful banking system will benefit you in many ways. While our previous system served us well, the newer more flexible system will be better equipped to respond to your needs and support the bank’s long-term growth.

Deposit Account Clients:

How will my monthly statement change?
During November, checking and money market account holders will receive two statements. An interim statement from our original banking system will be mailed with account history from November 1 through 8.
A second statement from our new system will be produced on November 30 for transactions from November 9 through 30.

Deposit statements will have a new look, but the information will not change.

How will my monthly interest be calculated?
For checking and money market account holders, if your account is interest bearing, your interest calculation will not change. The interest you earn will not change; however, interest will be shown as two deposits for the month of November. After November, your interest will be paid monthly as usual.

There is no change for certificate of deposit (CD) accounts.

Will I need new checks, deposit slips or a debit card?
No. There will be no changes to your checks, deposit slips or debit cards. You may continue to use your current checks and debit card.

Will my account number change?
No. Your account numbers will remain the same.

Will my fees increase?
No. All of Pacific Crest Savings Bank’s products and fees will remain the same before and after the conversion.

Will access to my eStatements change?
No. If you are currently enrolled in our eStatements program, you will not see any changes.

Debit Card Users:

We attempted to keep service interruptions during the conversion to a minimum. If your account activity was disrupted, please let us know. We want to be informed of any service issues that have occurred.

Online Banking:

How will this affect my Online Banking and Bill Pay Account?
When you login for the first time after Monday, November 11, you will need to take extra steps for access. An email with full instructions was sent to all online banking users on November 7th. Please contact us if you have any questions about your online banking experience.

Loan Clients:

Mortgage loan statements will have a new look, but the information will not change.

Construction loan statements will also have a new look. Please contact your lending officer if you have any questions when you receive your statement.
