Digital Banking Updates

March 1 – March 4, 2024

We are excited to announce that we are enhancing your digital banking experience at Pacific Crest Savings Bank.

Please carefully note the following dates and processes if you currently use our Bill Pay, External Transfer, and/or Person-to-Person (P2P) features.

Friday, March 1:

  • The Bill Pay, Person-to-Person (P2P) Pay, and External Transfer links within Digital Banking will each be deactivated.
  • If you click on the Bill Pay, Person-to-Person (P2P) Pay, and/or the External Transfer link, you can expect to receive an “error message.”
  • From March 1 to March 3, you will not have the ability to initiate any NEW transactions.
  • Any transactions you establish before Friday, March 1, will be processed as submitted without delays.
  • Again, any payments and transfers you initiate before March 1 and have scheduled to pay during this conversion time will be processed accordingly and on schedule.

Monday, March 4:

  • Unveiling the new and improved Bill Pay, External Transfer, and Person-to-Person (P2P) experience for all Pacific Crest Digital Banking users.

New Digital Banking Features and Functionality, Enhancements Launch on March 4th

Beginning March 4, our new and improved digital banking experience will include the following upgrades.

Bill Pay

  • Simpler navigation offers you sleek Payee logos and icons.
  • Provides details of the payment method for your bill payments, showing if they were made by check or processed electronically.
  • All of your previously created Payees will be shown and available to you. You do not have to recreate any of your Bill Payees.

External Transfers

  • Note:  Your External Transfer connections AND any recurring Transfers will be deactivated.
  • For your security and protection, we ask that you reestablish each of your respective External Transfers.
  • You will also need to recreate any recurring transfers you had.
  • Business clients can now transfer monies to and from Pacific Crest and other financial institutions!

Person-to-Person (P2P) Payments

  • You can now pay your friends and family for dinner, movies, birthday gifts, or whatever the occasion.
  • Now includes an option to pay the recipient within minutes.

Mobile Banking App Directions

Clients can log in to the mobile app once their online banking account has been activated from a web browser.

  • Download the Pacific Mobile Banking App.  Visit the Google Play or Apple App Store and search for “paccrest” or follow the links below.
  • Log in with your username and password.  Business users will also need their Company ID.
  • Enter the security code you will receive by text message or phone call.

For Personal banking clients, look for the orange “Paccrest” icon when downloading the app.

For Business banking clients, look for the blue “Paccrest” icon.
