Setting Up Your Online and Mobile Banking Experience

Simply follow the steps below to activate your account on Pacific Crest’s new online banking platform and mobile app. You’ll only need to follow the account verification steps once, the first time you log in to the new system from your web browser.

Personal Online Banking Set Up Instructions

For clients enrolled in Online Banking, click the orange “Personal Banking” button at the top of the page and follow these directions to enter your security information to verify your account and set up a new password to complete the login process.

From a web browser, log in to your Personal Online Banking account with these steps:

  • Log in with your current username and password
  • Agree to Terms and Conditions
  • Last four digits of your Social Security number or Tax Identification Number (TIN).
  • ZIP Code
  • Enter the security code you will receive by text message or phone call.
  • Create a permanent password

Business Online Banking Set Up Instructions

Business accounts will be verified by your “Company ID,” which is a new and unique number that is required for accessing your accounts in the Business Online Banking system and Mobile Banking App. You will also need a temporary secure password.  To obtain your Company ID and password, contact Pacific Crest Savings Bank client services by phone at (800) 335-4126, Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

We recommend storing your Company ID in a secure place. Our portal offers the ability to “save” your credentials on the login screen for future use.

From a web browser, click on the blue “Business Banking” button at the top of the page and follow these steps:

  • Log in with your Company ID – as provided to you by Pacific Crest.
  • Current username and the temporary password provided to you by Pacific Crest.
  • Agree to Terms and Conditions
  • Create a permanent password

Mobile Banking App Directions

Clients can log in to the mobile app once their online banking account has been activated from a web browser.

  • Delete the existing Paccrest Mobile App from your device.
  • Download the new Pacific Mobile Banking App.  Visit the Google Play or Apple App Store and search for “paccrest” or follow the links below.
  • Login with your new username and password.  Business users will also need their Company ID.
  • Enter the security code you will receive by text message or phone call.

For Personal banking clients, look for the orange “Paccrest” icon when downloading the app.

For Business banking clients, look for the blue “Paccrest” icon.
