I really love working at Pacific Crest. It’s been wonderful to watch us grow and evolve over all these years, starting with Phoenix Mortgage to becoming the Pacific Crest Savings Bank that we are today. It is truly like a family here, as many of us have worked together for so long.

One of the reasons I have enjoyed working at Pacific Crest for so long is because of the open culture, which is influenced by our CEO Sheryl Nilson’s leadership style. She’s always approachable and leads by example, while caring about all of us. She has taught me so much.

“Giving back to the community is very important to me, and I appreciate that Pacific Crest shares this commitment…everyone rallies together and I’m proud of the difference we make!”

Giving back to the community is also very important to me, and I appreciate that Pacific Crest shares this commitment. We have a lot of fun working together for various donation and fundraising drives throughout the year, and I love being a part of them. Whether it’s fundraising and collecting clothes to help Clothes for Kids, gathering donations for our local food banks or collecting school supplies for kids in our community, everyone rallies together and I’m proud of the difference we make!

Favorite place to visit in the Pacific Northwest: I love to snowshoe on Mount Baker. The first time I went up there, it was a beautiful sunny day with amazing views in all directions. It was one of the best days I’ve ever had snowshoeing or hiking.

Would you rather fight a hundred duck-sized horses or one horse-sized duck? I’m much more confident in my chances against one giant duck!
