Hear more from Todd about working at Pacific Crest:

Having been a lending officer for a long time, I was drawn to Pacific Crest because of its community focus and values. I appreciate that we don’t pool or sell our loans, so we are able to maintain the customer experience and provide 100 percent service that builds lasting relationships.

One of my favorite things is helping people achieve their dream of owning a unique piece of Seattle culture. Pacific Crest offers specialized financing for floating home purchases…we have more underwriting flexibility, so we can keep people’s dreams afloat.

One of my favorite things is helping people achieve their dream of owning a unique piece of Seattle culture. Pacific Crest offers specialized financing for floating home purchases and refinances on co-op and condo docks – making our bank almost as rare as these distinctive properties themselves. We also have local underwriting decisions and flexibility, so we can keep people’s dreams afloat.

Fun Facts:

Favorite place to visit in the Pacific Northwest: My wife and I love the coast and try to visit Ocean Shores once a month. It doesn’t matter what time of year – we actually prefer the bad weather because it’s more dramatic to watch the coastal storms.

Favorite local sports team: My family has had Sounders season tickets for many years, and we haven’t missed a home game yet. We love how fan focused and accessible the players are. We’ve met many of them during autograph sessions, and they always seem like graceful, honest people. It also doesn’t hurt that the price is right, compared to other sports.
