A Pacific Crest Savings Bank veteran, Debbie Rodriguez has been with the company since 1998 as a construction loan processor and human resources and payroll administrator. She began her banking career with U.S. Bank in 1989. She then rose through the ranks to become a bank officer and branch manager, before joining Pacific Crest. With over 30 years of banking and lending experience, Debbie counts her ability to build strong client relationships as paramount to her success. Debbie enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
