Johnny Smith joined Pacific Crest in 2019 bringing 30 years of experience in the residential real estate business. With expertise in both real estate lending and title insurance, he offers a valuable combination of insight to help solve clients’ unique challenges and opportunities. As a vice president and residential loan officer, he provides portfolio loans for residential properties and floating homes, tailoring the bank’s solutions to meet his clients’ needs. As a long-time Northwest resident who grew up in Everett, he enjoys the personal connections he makes through community banking and strives to offer a superior experience in every interaction. Outside of the bank, Johnny enjoys spending time outdoors – especially camping with his wife, children and grandkids.
